When choosing, you should pay attention to the following points:

1.Understand the purpose and usage environment of spraying workpieces, and choose suitable powder coatings. 
2.The color card samples provided by our company are made according to standard conditions. Due to differences in material, size, and thickness from your workpiece, there may be certain differences in the appearance (pattern size, gloss level) and color of the coating, which should be a normal phenomenon.

Reference and precautions for powder coating construction:

1. Construction method: High voltage electrostatic spraying or friction electrostatic spraying method is used for construction.
High voltage electrostatic spraying process parameters:
Input voltage: 220 ± 10V Output voltage: 30~90KV
Powder supply pressure: 0.5~2kg/cm2, distance between spray gun and workpiece: 100~300mm
2. Workpiece pretreatment: Mechanical methods (shot blasting, sandblasting, etc.) or chemical methods are used to remove oil, rust, and phosphating from the workpiece. After cleaning with clean water, the workpiece is dried or air dried. The quality of the coating film is greatly affected by the quality of the workpiece treatment. Improper treatment can cause the coating film of the workpiece to peel off, rust, bubble, etc.
3. The compressed air used for the spray gun must undergo purification treatment such as oil removal, dust removal, and water removal, otherwise it will affect the quality of the coating. 4. The sprayed workpiece should be baked according to the prescribed time. If the workpiece is large, the baking time should be appropriately extended to ensure the quality of the coating. 5. When replacing the powder, it must be cleaned thoroughly, otherwise interference may occur, causing phenomena such as loss of gloss, shrinkage, and impurities.
6. The spraying workshop should use ventilation equipment to prevent explosions caused by excessive dust density.
7. Operators should wear dust-proof tools.
